TERMS OF SERVICE

By Using Kevouniversityok.com (“Website”) you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”).


The Website reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time without notice.  Any new enhancements or features, including new courses to the course catalog, shall be subject to the Terms of Service.  Continued use of the Website after any changes shall constitute your consent of such changes.


Violation of any of the terms below will result in the termination of your Account. While The Website prohibits such conduct and Content on the Service, you understand and agree that The Website cannot be responsible for the Content posted on the Service and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials. You agree to use the Service at your own risk.


You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process.


Your login may only be used by one person - a single login shared by multiple people is not permitted. 


You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. The Website cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.


You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).


A valid credit card is required for paying accounts. 


Course subscription can be cancelled at any time with 30 day notice.


You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account.


Monthly subscription fees will continue to be assessed even after you complete the course until you pass the course’s final exam.


Refund Policy:  Since the course subscriptions are monthly, there is no refund policy.  Subscriptions are not prorated.  If you cancel in the middle of your month, you will pay for the remainder of the current month as well as the following month, due to the 30 day notice required.  If student has completed the course and is wishing to cancel after already paying for the final exam, student can cancel their course subscription with 30 day notice & receive 75% of their Test cost back as a refund.  The retained 25% will be retained by The Website as a Tuition Fee.


The Website in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service at any time and without prior notice in case of (a) fraudulent, criminal, grossly negligent, willful, or otherwise intentional misconduct, or violation of any law or regulation, in connection with the performance of your obligations, such as missed payment or insufficient funds, hereunder and/or (b) demonstrated usage negatively impacting the performance of the Website and/or (c) breach of the herein Terms of Service. Such termination of the Service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account or your access to your Account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all content in your Account or any other similar action deemed appropriate.


Prices of all Services, including but not limited to monthly subscription plan fees to the Service, are subject to change upon 30 days notice from us. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the Service itself.


The Website shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.


You may not print, reproduce, or distribute the content from The Website in any way on any platform.


You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Website, use of the Service, or access to the Service .


The Website does not own the content & is only licensing it form a 3rd party.  You indemnify The Website in any scenario where you illegally reproduce or misuse the content in any way on any platform.


You agree not to violate the privacy of others, including publishing or posting other people's private and confidential information without their express permission, or collecting or gathering other people’s personal information (including account names or information) from The Website


I understand that the information presented in the course should not be used as a substitute for competent legal advice.


Oklahoma Statutes, Title 59, Section 858.301.1 "Effective November 1, 2009, state law prohibits the issuance of a real estate license to any person who has been convicted, pled guilty or pled nolo contendere to a felony for a pre-determined number of years based on the classification of said felony. For clarification, please contact the Commission and/or review the cited section of law as referenced herein. Additionally, if the applicant has delinquent unpaid child support or student loans, the applicant must check with the Real Estate Commission before enrolling in this class. The Commission will allow the applicant to seek preapproval prior to enrolling in a pre-license course."


If student determines they are not eligible for real estate license under Oklahoma Statutes, Title 59, Section 858.301.1, but has already enrolled and paid subscriptions or Test fees, no special refund policy will exist.  They will be subject to the refund policy outlined above.


You have three attempts to pass the course final exam. If you not pass the test in three attempts, you will be locked out of taking the exam any more times until you have a one on one meeting with an instructor.


The Website does not assist job placement & does not guarantee job placement after completion of this course & receipt of certification of completion.


You are not guaranteed a real estate license upon the completion of this course and the receipt of the certification of completion.  You will still need to pass the state issued exam with a satisfactory score.


The Website (in its sole discretion) determines that a user has violated these Terms of Service.

If you are a Customer and no longer wish to receive such emails you can remove yourself from the recipients list at any time by selecting the "unsubscribe" link provided within the e-mail footer.
